Centre for Coaching DirectorJanine Ahlers is a certified Integral Coach® and Academic Director of the Centre for Coaching situated at the UCT GSB.
Allan Gray ChairProfessor Kurt April is the Allan Gray Chair, an Endowed Professorship, and Director of the Allan Gray Centre for Values-Based Leadership, specialising in Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business (South Africa, 1998-present), Adjunct Faculty at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (UK, 2001-present), and is an Orchestrator and Faculty member of Duke Corporate Education, Duke University (USA, 2008-present).
International Relations ManagerNerice Barnabas manages all UCT GSB international affairs including the school’s triple crown accreditation (EQUIS, AACSB & AMBA), international bilateral and multilateral relationships, and their membership of the United Nations supported Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Champions Group.
Director: DEFIC & Development Finance ProgrammesProfessor Nicholas Biekpe is a Professor of Development Finance & Econometrics & Programme Director for the UCT GSB's Master of Commerce in Development Finance (MCom) and Postgraduate Diploma in Development Finance degree programmes.
Operations ManagerJuanita Booth leads Operations and Logistics, managing multistakeholder relationships, service providers and a contracted hotel operator.
Business Development DirectorRayner Canning leads the Business Development Unit with a focus on recruiting and retaining key Executive Education and Study Tour clients, fostering new initiatives, and stewarding UCT GSB’s market share and revenue.
HOD Spark HealthDr Richard Chivaka is an Associate Professor of Business Strategy & Supply Chain Management at the UCT GSB where he has taught business strategy on the MBA programme, as well as on the Associate in Management (AIM) and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA).
Admissions ManagerLynn De Villiers is responsible for the development and management of the admissions process for all open academic programmes at the UCT GSB.
