Juanita Booth leads Operations and Logistics, managing multistakeholder relationships, service providers and a contracted hotel operator. She facilitates planning, project design and implementation, ensures policy and procedural compliance, and formulates effective operating procedures. She also mentors and coaches staff.

A certified Professional Integral Coach (PCC), her tertiary education is in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Management Practice, and Strategic Leadership Coaching.

Booth previously worked in the Banking and Retail industry. After successfully establishing a catalogue business division for a prestigious retail group, she consulted to various organisations before joining UCT GSB.
