Students from UCT GSB were among the 1200 students from 33 leading global business schools who completed the prestigious CEMS MIM. This year’s global graduation ceremony, hosted by the Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo - FGV on Saturday 5 December, brought together the CEMS community in Rio de Janeiro as part of the 2025 Annual Events. This is the first time the graduation ceremony has been held in Latin America.
During their CEMS MIM students’ study at two of the 33 leading business schools belonging to the CEMS Alliance which span all inhabited continents. They take part in a business project with one of CEMS 70 corporate partners, all multinational corporations, and will speak three languages, one of which is English, on completion of the MIM.
CEMS was founded to enable management education to contribute to the building of bridges across all borders and boundaries and the CEMS Master in International Management is consistently ranked as one of the top MiMs in the world. This year 1200 students from 67 nationalities successfully completed the CEMS MIM.
The Annual Events & CEMS MIM Graduation Ceremony is a dynamic gathering of CEMS students, faculty and corporate partners, featuring interactive discussions, workshops and global networking opportunities.
