Leadership as Practice
Leaders are developed, not born. Perceptions borne out of outdated hierarchical organisations still amplify “leaders” as co-constructs of hero leadership principles. With the volatile, unpredictable, chaotic/complex and ambiguous world (VUCA) that we currently exist in, a call for a new, emergent, value and purpose driven leadership is paramount. This session introduces a leadership practice that is co-constructed on dynamic capabilities of individuals, rather than singled out perceived “leaders”, where leadership and its principles become a practice driven by value for the greater good of the individual and organisation.
