This format is designed for working professionals who need a structured way to build management capability while continuing to work full-time.
Phase 1: Courses 1 - 3
Guided Learning: Contact Block (12 weeks)
A blended learning period combining asynchronous activities – completed in your own time – with live online contact sessions.
Webinars are scheduled on Monday and Thursday evenings (16:00–18:00), with Saturday morning sessions (4 hours) at key points during the course.
Attendance of at least 85% of scheduled contact sessions is required. This structure means you never need to take a single day of leave to attend classes.
Phase 2: Courses 1 - 3
Self-paced Learning: Application Period (approximately 11 weeks)
After the contact block, you move into an application phase where you complete an individual action learning project and a reflective paper.
Scheduled check-in sessions with lecturers provide ongoing academic support, ensuring you are never navigating the process alone.
Course 4
Action Learning Project
Course 4 is a non-teaching course with no contact block.
It begins with a 2 hour online briefing session, after which you work independently to consolidate your learning into a capstone action learning project focused on increasing your management effectiveness in your own organisation.
