Dr Preeya Daya is an educator, researcher, and consultant specialising in Leadership, People Management, and Organisational Behaviour, with a focus on conscious, values-driven leadership and high-performance workplaces. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, where her research examined the link between diversity, inclusion, and organisational performance. A Certified Integral Coach and Enneagram Practitioner, she serves as Academic Director at Achievement Awards Group and is a Research Associate at the Allan Gray Centre for Values-Based Leadership. She co-chairs V20 South Africa and sits on multiple boards, including the Institute of Natural Resources and the Durban Chamber of Commerce, where she leads the HR Chapter. A widely published scholar, she co-edited ‘12 Lenses into Diversity in South Africa’ and is developing a book series on Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Transformation.

With a PhD in Behavioural Science and extensive experience in organisational transformation, he has pioneered frameworks that integrate African philosophy with leadership development. As an executive coach and author of *Ubuntu Coaching and Connection Practices for Leader-Managers*, he has mentored business and civil society leaders across sectors, promoting collaborative, human-centred leadership. Dr. Magadlela’s expertise in fostering resilience, connection, and solidarity positions him as a driving force in shaping inclusive and transformative leadership models.
