V20 Co-Chairperson

Dr Preeya Daya is an educator, researcher, and consultant specialising in Leadership, People Management, and Organisational Behaviour, with a focus on conscious, values-driven leadership and high-performance workplaces. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, where her research examined the link between diversity, inclusion, and organisational performance. A Certified Integral Coach and Enneagram Practitioner, she serves as Academic Director at Achievement Awards Group and is a Research Associate at the Allan Gray Centre for Values-Based Leadership. She co-chairs V20 South Africa and sits on multiple boards, including the Institute of Natural Resources and the Durban Chamber of Commerce, where she leads the HR Chapter. A widely published scholar, she co-edited ‘12 Lenses into Diversity in South Africa’ and is developing a book series on Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Transformation.

Solidarity Stream Lead

Dr. Dumisani Magadlela is a globally recognised leadership coach, facilitator, and thought leader in Ubuntu-based coaching methodologies, through Ubuntu Intelligence. With a PhD in Behavioural Science and extensive experience in organisational transformation, he has pioneered frameworks that integrate African philosophy with leadership development. As an executive coach and author of *Ubuntu Coaching and Connection Practices for Leader-Managers*, he has mentored business and civil society leaders across sectors, promoting collaborative, human-centred leadership. Dr. Magadlela’s expertise in fostering resilience, connection, and solidarity positions him as a driving force in shaping inclusive and transformative leadership models.

Equality Stream Lead

Monde Ndlovu is a strategic thinker and policy advocate focused on economic transformation and inclusive leadership. As Managing Director of the Black Management Forum, he plays a key role in advancing Black leadership and systemic change in South Africa’s corporate landscape. Monde is a prolific writer and commentator, contributing to national discourse on youth empowerment, economic justice, and leadership development. His extensive work in organisational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and governance reflects his commitment to reshaping economic structures for greater equality and sustainable growth.

Environmental and Social Sustainability- Stream Lead

Thabani Mlilo is a sustainability strategist with a strong background in environmental governance and responsible resource management. With expertise spanning the mining and energy sectors, he has worked on embedding sustainability into corporate decision-making and policy frameworks. His research and thought leadership focus on balancing economic growth with environmental and social imperatives, ensuring long-term resilience for industries and communities alike. As a speaker and writer, Thabani actively engages in discussions on the intersection of development, sustainability, and equitable resource distribution.
