Jenny is course convenor for The New Manager and for Programme for Management Development – both are GSB flagship Executive Education short courses. She has also co-designed and is co-facilitator of the GSB’s Developing Women in Leadership short course. She has designed and facilitated professional development programmes, on behalf of the GSB, for various organisations in South Africa and neighbouring countries, such as Old Mutual, NIPC, Rainbow Farms, Pam Golding Properties, Richards Bay Coal Terminal, and Southern African Customs Union.

Specialising in marketing and strategy, before joining the GSB she worked in a variety of environments such as a research unit at the University of Cape Town, the motor car industry, the clothing industry in Cape Town, and financial services, where she gained valuable corporate experience at Old Mutual, Southern Life, and Woolworths Financial Services.

Jenny’s current focus is executive education and coaching within professional development; she is particularly interested in
understanding how adults learn, and what provides the greatest leverage in developing confidence in leadership. She is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner.
