Dr Jane is a Director of Training Partners, a learning and development company which she founded in 2000. 

Training Partners specialises in programmes that focus on managing self, managing others and managing contexts. 

Jane is passionate about learning, how people learn and the transformation they experience. She combines a sound theoretical base with effective learning techniques and has extensive experience in the design and facilitation of management development programmes for both corporate and academic institutions.
