Linda Ronnie is a Professor for Organisational Behaviour and People Management at UCT and also the Academic Advisor to the DHET National Collaboration Project: Future Professors Programme.

She is a National Research Foundation (NRF) rated scholar who is published in the fields of organisational behaviour and higher education with a focus on the intricacies of the employer-employee relationship through the lens of the psychological contract.

Hansie Fourie is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Business Beyond Boundaries (BBB), a specialist consultancy in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) and Employment Equity strategy. Over the past 15 years, he has guided hundreds of South African companies — from multinationals to entrepreneurial firms — in turning transformation frameworks into powerful, growth-driven strategies. A Chartered Accountant with extensive executive experience in blue-chip corporates, Hansie brings a pragmatic and commercially astute perspective to BEE and EEA. His work demonstrates how equity and empowerment, when applied strategically, can unlock competitive advantage, shareholder value, and long-term sustainability.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA majoring in Entrepreneurship) from Hult International Business School, Dubai Campus, PGrad Certificate (NQF 7)- Management Development Programme-BBBEE, National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and a Certificates Gender studies, Poverty and Development, ESG Audit, and has a V-Pilot certificate in process improvement . He is a senior accomplished design thinker, analytical, and strategic transformation specialist with over 25 years’ professional working experience in problem solving, strategy and programme development, stakeholder management, diversity and inclusion, change management, BBBEE compliance management, community development, sustainability and environmental and social governance with 9 years experience in automotive sector. He has implemented B-BBEE, and particularly Enterprise and Supplier Development policy, strategy, and frameworks as part of his duties for the past 9 years and follows a systematic, tried and tested approach to supporting the implementation of a diversity and inclusion aligned organizational transformation to supply chain transformation. He was a co-lead in the setting up of the 6bZAR Automotive Industry Transformation Fund, in lieu of Ownership through the Equity Equivalent Investment Programme. He was the member of The NAAMSA Transformation Steering Committee advising Automotive OEM CEOs on matters of B-BBEE (Transformation) Assisted in the implementation of Access to Markets targets for Auto OEM’s He was the Project Management Office for Auto Industry Transformation in partnership wit the DTIC as part of the Ministerial Executive Oversight Committee Assisted over 50 larger corporations with the design and improvement of their Supply Chain Transformation Strategies to improve preferential procurement scoring, while reducing risk of supply. Developed and executed over 100 ESD solutions, including setting up and operationalizing ESD Funding Entities, and achieved maximum points and ROI for clients. Worked with Ericsson SA, BMWSA, VWSA, National Research Foundation, Ford Motor Company SA, Woolworths , Siemens Healthineers, Abbott Laboratories, Old Mutual, G4S Deposita, Heineken, Netstar, ACTOM, South32,Philips, McKinsey, True North, BCX, Telkom to name a few.
