27th Annual Women in Business Conference
2026
When Influence Becomes Impact
Turning leadership, visibility, networks, and expertise into meaningful change.
When Influence Becomes Impact
The 27th Annual Women in Business Conference brings together students, alumni, professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders for a day of conversation, connection, and reflection on how women use leadership, platforms, networks, and expertise to create meaningful impact.
This year’s theme, “When Influence Becomes Impact,” explores how influence moves beyond visibility into tangible action, access, representation, and lasting change.
The conference will feature keynote speakers, panel conversations, networking opportunities, and the 2026 WIB Awards, with the full speaker and programme line-up to be announced soon.
What to Expect
Guests can look forward to a full-day conference experience designed to create space for conversation, connection, and practical insight.
The programme will include:
- Keynote speakers and panel conversations with women leaders across business, entrepreneurship, and social impact
- Discussions on leadership, access, representation, career progression and lasting impact? Networking opportunities with students, alumni, professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders
- Recognition of women creating meaningful impact through the 2026 WIB Awards
- A conference experience that contributes directly to supporting female MBA talent at the UCT GSB
Transform Your Ticket into Impact
Ticket contributions support the Women in Business MBA scholarship initiative, helping fund a female MBA student at the UCT Graduate School of Business.
By attending the conference, guests contribute not only to a day of learning, connection, and leadership conversation, but also to expanding access and opportunity for the next generation of women leaders.
2026 WIB Awards
