Speakers

Anita Carollisen

Group Executive: People & Transformation, Takealot Group
An accomplished HR executive specializing in the retail sector, with deep expertise in organizational design, labor relations, and strategic HR consulting. Backed by a strong academic foundation in Industrial Psychology and a PGDip from Henley Business School (W&R SETA), Anita combines people-centric strategies with business acumen to deliver high-impact workforce solutions and strong negotiation outcomes.

Dudu Moloko

Group Head of Learning, FirstRand Group
Learning and Leadership Development executive working at the intersection of strategy, service and curiosity. With a background in industrial psychology and years spent designing and leading programmes for leaders, she has seen how powerful leadership becomes when it is grounded in service. For Dudu, leadership is not authority performed from above — it is an act of participation. The best leaders don’t simply direct; they unlock potential, build confidence, and strengthen the systems around them. Servant leadership, practiced with purpose, clarity, courage, and care, has the power to move more than teams. It can move societies. Dudu draws inspiration from leaders like Moses and Thomas Sankara, who remind us that leadership is not about ego or dominance, but about dignity, purpose, and the courage to “invent the future.” That conviction shapes how she leads. At heart, her work is about helping others grow into wiser, braver, more resilient versions of themselves — leaders who can carry both the steel and the soul of leadership, and in doing so, create a more humane, courageous and prosperous world.
