Business Leadership Programme for IT Executives
"There may be born leaders, but there surely are too few to depend on them. Leadership must be learned and can be learned." (Peter Drucker)
Enterprises face a challenging economic environment in 2012. They expect IT to contribute by delivering results in an uncertain economy, while reducing enterprise and IT costs. To do this, Chief Information Officers (CIO) need to be decisive and resourceful in building an effective enterprise that can meet current and future challenges. And CIOs will expect their senior reports to rise to the challenge with them.
This programme is aimed at CIO’s and the Senior IT Management team and is designed to enhance their contribution to IT executive leadership.
The Goals
Share your challenges, elevate your thinking—and return to your enterprise with a renewed perspective and a tailored action plan for success.
