I agree that the GSB shall be entitled to recover from me all legal costs incurred in order to enforce its rights under this contract including but not by way of limitation attorneys and own client fees and collection charges and all tracing charges

No indulgence granted by GSB Admissions shall constitute a waiver of any right, nor shall such indulgence preclude GSB Admissions from exercising any rights against the applicant / candidate which may have arisen in the past or which may arise in the future.
