Founded Executive Solutions in 2007 as a consulting firm to provide professional capacity to partner firms for targeted projects.

In this capacity I developed my expertise around systems thinking and action learning.

Conversion of a hanger into a conference facility for the Young South African Women’s in Dialogue Conference. The project had to be executed in 3 weeks only. The venue had a plenary hall that can seat 1000 people and 10 break-away rooms that can each seat 100 people.
