I have been appointed as a Permanent Part-time Senior Lecturer from 1 Nov 2010 in the role of Academic Coordinator for Customised Academic Programmes and lecturer in Systems Thinking and Action Learning.

Founded Executive Solutions in 2007 as a consulting firm to provide professional capacity to partner firms for targeted projects.

I have been contracted by the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business (GSB) on a programme-by-programme basis as Academic Co-ordinator for Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in Management Practice since May 2007.

In this capacity I developed my expertise around systems thinking and action learning.

Development of a User Asset Management Plan for the SA Navy.

Development of a Training Programme and training material for GIAMA Asset Management Plans.

Pilot programme for the DPW Incubator Project (Leading Role).

Skills Development of selected students for DPW through the SA Navy (supporting role).

Development of the Government Immovable Asset Management Act and guidelines - Researcher and main developer of implementation guidelines.

Construction of IT centre, dormitories and ablution facilities for SAS SALDANHA (supporting role, then project manager)

Conversion of a hanger into a conference facility for the Young South African Women's in Dialogue Conference. The project had to be executed in 3 weeks only. The venue had a plenary hall that can seat 1000 people and 10 break-away rooms that can each seat 100 people.
