2012 Social Business Strategy

Introduction

Programme Overview

The Social Business Strategy programme looks at the business applications of Social Media. Whether it is to source and retain talent, raise funding, or develop new products, every aspect of business that requires collaboration between people is ripe for disruption by social technologies.

Leaders need to understand the impact of this new way of working on company culture and performance, and they need to be confident in their own ability to make sense of market changes driven by social technologies.

Ultimately, Social Business Strategy is the strategic update course that is needed for the new business context.
