Growing from proven managers to innovative leaders
The UCT Graduate School of Business (GSB) Women in Leadership Programme catalyses change in participants’ professional lives through a deep understanding and development of their leadership capacity. The programme provides access to innovative leadership perspectives and approaches, sourced from the UCT GSB global knowledge network. The learning process takes place in an environment in which participants feel encouraged to exchange insights and benefit from each other’s experiences.
