Customised Academic Learning designs and delivers innovative, academic programmes that are customised for corporates, government, NGOs and SETAs. Its philosophy is informed by more than ten years of research and practice at the GSB that has produced a number of key insights into how adults learn.  Programmes are modular and accredited national qualifications and can be customised to suit a client's specific needs.

Clients can select either the Associate in Management (AIM) in Management Practice on NQF Level 5 (120 credits) or the Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice (PGDip) on NQF Level 8 (120 credits).

Because Customised Academic Learning programmes are designed to address unique challenges in a specific organisations, they offer clients the opportunity for authentic management development, enabling them to make their organisations more viable and to deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.
